Week 4 Recap: Winners & Losers
Winners
No big shifts in the East, and Boss Hardigan and Chris B. Corey remain deadlocked at the top….Kenny Powers and Shecky both won $500 to get back on track, and don’t look now, but Don Mattingly is creeping up the North standings….Chalky Studebaker was perfect and gets back into the race for first. Neon Boudeaux pressing for the division lead in the South as well….And in the West, The Beard of Zeus won $500 to get back into the thick of things.
Losers
The Big Hurt took a tumble in the East standings. Time for a wild card bet?….Babe was bold with his big bet on Arizona, but it backfired and now he’s trailing in the North….Thine went 0-for-4 and lost $500. Karl Farbman went winless yet again and is bringing up the rear in the South….And Luther Lavay lost his wild card bet in Week 4. He finds himself in a hole at the quarter pole of the season.
Week 3 Recap: Winners & Losers
Winners
Chris B. Corey was perfect in Week 3 and pulls into a tie for the lead in the East….Gordon Bombay got back on the right side of the ledger in the North after a flawless week. He still has ground to make up on co-leaders Babe and Bud Fox, who are $1,000 clear of the rest of the pack….Neon Boudeaux hit on his wild card and closed the gap in the South….And in the West, Blossom Russo got back on track with a $500 week.
Losers
Both Mr. Marbles and Judge Smails dropped $500 and slipped back in the East….Kenny Powers went winless and now occupies the basement of the North….A rough week for the South Division, with The Notorious ABT, Waldo Geraldo Faldo, and Karl Farbman all losing $500. Farbman now $1,900 off the pace after just three weeks….Bayonniase had been surging, but will need to bounce back after a rough Week 3.
Week 2 Recap: Winners & Losers
Winners
Boss Hardigan keeps things perfect with another flawless week. He leads the East, but three others – Chris B. Corey, Patrick Bateman, and Mr. Marbles – all had perfect weeks as well…..Babe and Bud Fox both won $500 again and have a big lead on the rest of the North….Karl Hungus continues to trend positive and leads the South….And in the West, Yaz wins $500 to jump into a tie for the division lead. Bayonnaise also won $500 to get back into the thick of things.
Losers
T-Ferg dropped $500 and has some ground to make up in the North, but it’s early….Gordon Bombay and Shecky also had rough weeks and will look to rebound and get back into contention….Karl Farbman lost $500 and is in the cellar of the hotly-contested South….And no bets by Blossom Russo so early in the season can’t be a great sign of things to come.

Winners
It was right back to work for Boss Hardigan, who was perfect in Week 1 and leads the way in the East….Babe and Bud Fox had flawless weeks and sit atop the North Division….The South experienced a surge in profits, with all franchises in positive dollars in Week 1. Karl Hungus went big with his wild card bet and has the early lead. Right behind him is a crowd, with Neon Boudeaux and Thine each going 5-for-5 on five-teamers for perfect weeks. Rick Moranis and returning franchise Chalky Studebaker also won $500 and are nipping at Hungus’ heels….And in the West, two-time winner The People’s Champ takes the division lead with a perfect week.
Losers
Judge Smails dropped $300 and is an early hole in the East….Larisa Oleynik was the only FMFL franchise to lose $500 in Week 1 and is in the cellar in the North….Both Karl Farbman and Waldo Geraldo Faldo eked out $100 in Week 1, but given how the rest of the South performed, they find themselves playing catchup early….And both Kiko Garcia and Bayonnaise have early deficits, though manageable, to make up in the West.
