Week 9 Recap: Winners & Losers
Winners
Both Chris B. Corey and Patrick Bateman closed the gap in the East with perfect weeks, but still have some work to do….Bayonnaise had a strong Week 9, winning his wild card bet and $1,000 for the week. He’s moving on up in the North….Signs of life for Kiko Garcia in the South. He also won his wild card bet and looks to have a strong second half….And in the West, Kenny Powers continues his dominance over the division with another perfect week. Also of note, The Notorious ABT went +$1,000 for the week and gets into the playoff hunt.
Losers
No one in the East suffered major losses in Week 9, but it’s worth highlighting the 2017 struggles of The Big Hurt, who was once the media darling of the FMFL….Blossom Russo continues to define “disappointment” in the North cellar….Karl Farbman dropped $500 and plummets down the South standings….And in a week when many thrived, Dr. Oge couldn’t put together a winning ticket and is now at the bottom of the West.
